Green Crescent is currently seeking an Emiratization Manager to support the company in developing and delivering its Emiratization strategy.

The Emiratization Manager will report to the HR Manager and will be working closely with colleagues in HR and the UAE business to develop strategies to attract and retain highly qualified UAE Nationals, and to promote Green Crescent as an employer of choice. The incumbent will also be expected to manage relationships with external stakeholders such as; Tanmia, Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council etc…

Applicants must have post a secondary education qualification and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
